Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Jobalina (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Jobalina uses AI to generate tailored resumes, cover letters, outreach roadmaps, and personal pitches based on the resume and job posting you provide. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your content

You retain ownership of resumes and other content you upload (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit it as needed to provide the Service — including sending it to our AI provider for generation. You represent that Your Content is yours to submit and does not infringe any third party's rights.

AI-generated output

The tailored resumes, cover letters, pitches, and roadmaps we produce are AI-generated. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying every output before sending it to an employer. Do not submit output as your own work without first confirming it is accurate, truthful, and reflects your real experience. We make no guarantees about interview or hiring outcomes.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit resumes or personal information belonging to someone else without their permission.
• Do not use the Service to create misleading, fraudulent, or fabricated employment history.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not use the Service for anything illegal.

Subscriptions and billing

Free accounts include one application per month. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except as required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Jobalina and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continuing to provide the Service to you poses a risk to us or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobalina will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunities, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Jobalina is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
