Information we collect

  • Account information: your email address and authentication credentials.
  • Content you upload: resumes (PDF) and job posting URLs you submit for tailoring.
  • Generated outputs: the tailored resumes, cover letters, pitches, and roadmaps we produce for you.
  • Billing information: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage data: basic logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) used to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

  • To provide the service — parsing resumes, fetching job postings, and generating tailored outputs.
  • To maintain your account and application history.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, account notices).
  • To improve and secure the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your resume content to train third-party AI models.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted vendors to operate. Each processes your data only for the purposes below:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Anthropic — the AI model that generates your tailored outputs. Content you submit is sent to Anthropic for processing.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.

Data retention

We keep your account data and application history for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your profile, uploaded resumes, and generated outputs from our systems. Some records (e.g., billing receipts) may be retained as required by law.

Your rights

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
