How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your profile, click 'Manage Billing', and cancel from the Stripe portal. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Does Jobalina store my resume?
Yes — your base resume is saved to your profile so you don't have to re-upload it every time. You can delete it at any time from your profile settings.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 3-day free trial of Pro. Credit card required at signup, $0 today, $49/mo after the trial. Cancel anytime in settings.
What file formats does Jobalina accept?
We currently support PDF resumes. Support for .docx is on the roadmap.
