How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your profile, click 'Manage Billing', and cancel from the Stripe portal. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

Does Jobalina store my resume?

Yes — your base resume is saved to your profile so you don't have to re-upload it every time. You can delete it at any time from your profile settings.

Can I use Jobalina for free?

Yes. The Free plan gives you one full application per month — resume, cover letter, pitch, and roadmap. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited applications.

What file formats does Jobalina accept?

We currently support PDF resumes. Support for .docx is on the roadmap.
