We built the tool we wish existed when we were job hunting.

The problem we lived

Job searching in tech is broken. You spend hours tweaking your resume for each role, crafting cover letters that feel like they vanish into a black hole, and then wondering whether to follow up — and when, and how.

The process is exhausting before it even starts. And the tools that exist either give you a generic template or try to write your experience for you — which is worse.

Jobalina was founded by someone who went through that grind firsthand: dozens of applications, hours lost per job, and a growing suspicion that there had to be a smarter way to run a job search.
